Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://masterproautorepair.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. MasterPro Auto Repair reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, MasterPro Auto Repair markets and arranges Auto Repair, Diesel Repair, Motor Repair, Suspension Service, Oil Change, Differential Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. MasterPro Auto Repair (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Damages. MasterPro Auto Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify MasterPro Auto Repair against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IA for any related dispute.
